We&#039;re feeling the same, we&#039;re surrounded by a lot of clever people doing amazing work in small, flexible groups. As somebody who has spent a lot of time working for large corporations, I am finding this collaborative approach extremely refreshing.</description>

		<description>In addition to the Canadian government matching individual donations up to $50 million, I just discovered that for those of us who bank with ING DIRECT, donations to the Red Cross through ING&#039;s website will *also* be matched by ING (up to $50 thousand). Meaning that if one donates in this way, her/his contribution will ultimately be tripled.
